Meal Plans / Subscription Changes


Changes to meal plans must be made 3 business days in advance of the next meal delivery (Thursday before noon for deliveries on Monday, and Monday before noon for deliveries on Thursday). To make changes to your meal plan, please sign in to your account and click on the “Meal Plan” tab at the top of the page, and then select a meal plan option from one of the categories (GYMRAT, CAVEMAN, SHOWPREP, CHEFDOC). There is a 4-week minimum commitment for all customers that sign up for a meal plan. If a meal plan is canceled before the 8th delivery, you will not receive a refund, but we can put your meal plan on hold until you are ready to start receiving meals again.
